After how long am I allowed to bump a moderation report related to my nation?

If we're talking about a normal report, generally, a report is not responded to because most mods have felt it was probably not actionable, but felling it was borderline enough that they did not want to preclude another mod from finding it was. A single bump of a thread after it's slipped off the first page is probably okay, but after that, I would take moderations non-response as a finding that it was not actionable.
