We should make all Mass Destruction Weaponry legal, because mutually assured destruction would protect everyone from harm, but would also make foreign relations more serious.
A) this is a General Assembly topic, not a Security Council topic B) not remotely in the form of a proposal. Simple polls are not proposals C) Nukes are already legal.
