The Security Council,
Noticing the esteemed honor taken into a World Assembly commendation by the nation receiving it,
Establishing the fact that the day to day work by one such nation, Josephtan
Seeing that since late April of 2019, Josephtan has been working to continue the legacy of the New Western Atlantic by founding New Western Empire through the following actions:
-After The United Dark Republic abdicating the NWA, Josephtan brought forth the NWE, a politically moderate region that has been successful over the past several months due to unique policies and government
-Taking the position as Emperor to head the new region
-Working with the citizens and residents of the NWE to form a more perfect region by establishing a democracy within the region and creating many opportunities within the region, such as the many governmental positions
-Working with the NWE Senate to establish strong allies to their region, such as assisting in an effort to establish a Treaty of Friendship with the region Enadia
-Always ensuring a hopeful future for New Western Empire, and constantly informing citizens and residents about ongoing government affairs
-Protecting the regional sovereignty of the NWE by ensuring peaceful relations with the rest of the world
-Using their power as Emperor in a more moderate stance, and not ever abusing it, which has been a reason why the NWE has stayed healthy and successful
Also Noticing that there are things Josephtan has done before their time serving as Emperor in the NWE, such as:
-Serving as Deputy Chancellor and Senator in the late New Western Atlantic Senate, and always being active in that department
-Establishing political decency within the NWA by leading one of the largest political parties
Realizing that all of these things have brought Josephtan to the status they have established
