Overview
The Interregional Axis (IRX), otherwise known as the Co-Belligerent Axis, Co-Belligerent Army, or the Interregional Army, is a proposed coalition of ideologically cooperative regions promoting unified defensive and offensive military action within a combined and orderly ranking system filled with the member regions' most prominent leaders and military officers. Unlike failed coalition forces of the past, the IRX seeks not to trample over the sovereignty of it's member regions, but instead seeks to form a single, co-belligerent military entity that incorporates all state, private, party and paramilitary militias it's member regions host.
An undoubtedly ambitious goal, the IRX will require the cooperation of all proposed member regions to be an effective deterrent to mutual foreign aggression. The IRX is intended to be the embodiment of a combined might of peoples united through force of will and nothing to lose. While each member state shares not a specific cult, clan, or culture, the IRX is confident that unification can be achieved through mature cooperation from each region's administration.
This proposition is exactly what our mutual enemies fear the most. The idea that through the ashes of continued defeat, a greater, stronger, more capable, but most importantly, a unified enemy can arise. Together, we can establish a state of fear in our opposition that itself will paralyse our foes.
Mission Statement
The stated mission of The Interregional Axis is to unify all military elements of it's political liberated regions into a single armed forces that can bear the brunt of the our common enemies.
On March 21st, 2019 (21/03/2019), Farkasfalka was seized and humiliated by a so-called Conservative Coalition before being repelled by a paramilitary far too late to deploy, and far too weak to honour. On August 19th, 2019 (19/08/2019), The Iron Confederacy capitulated to an Anti-Fascist horde that was simply too much to bear, and had to be succeeded by a New Dawn. Now, on February 1st, 2019 (01/02/2020), the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators is the latest victim to internal strife sown and manifested by Leftist manipulation, and this is only the surface.
The fact of the matter is clear. Right-wing military victories on NationStates are too few and far in-between, and too insignificant to captivate the masses. Whereas this pattern of Leftist triumphs have served to severely weaken, fragment, and devastate our societies. We cannot afford, as ideological brothers, to continually be complacent in the face of defeat. Time and time again we say we will fight harder, but instead we grow weaker and more fragmented. Under all circumstances, this has to stop.
We must face the facts. No Leftist fears us. As it is, we stand alone; fragmented and continually oppressed. We have no allies among the site's ranks. Nobody to look out for us. Critique of the status quo is dead, and we have allowed it to perish. If nobody will stand up for us, we must stand together. Remember that nobody but ourselves wants us on this site. The Confederation of Corrupt Dictators may be the most hated region on NationStates, but we, together, are the most hated people on NationStates. The Confederation of Corrupt Dictators was betrayed today. Tomorrow, it could be your region; it could be your people.
Nevertheless, through unity, and only through unitary ideals, we can stem the tide of war. We are in a state of civil conflict, where we must establish a state of fear. If we continue to allow ourselves to be fragmented by petty differences, we will all go extinct, and we will all be chased off of the site. Understand this, we are not wanted on NationStates. We simply cannot allow this.
But allow me to reiterate: the IRX has no intention of destroying a region's independent culture. However, through uniting our militarises, combining our manpower and intelligence, and by coming to the defence of our members whenever we are attacked, we can secure the existence of our regions and a future for us on NationStates. For the last time the fight can be a defensive one. We can bring this battle to their regions, to their people, to their soil.
Though we may surrender today, refusing the IRX would be to surrender our future. Never surrender your future. Take it back. Enlist in NationStates' newest culture war.
Organisation
Once again, the IRX is a military alliance and a military alliance only. Should the coalition begin to trample upon the sovereignty of it's members, we have gone astray.
The IRX will be formed by eight founding armies, one army per region. More armies can be formed as more regions join. One army will consist of four divisions, or as per necessary. These four divisions include: Professionals (for the state funded military), Private (for independent militias), Partisans (for politically-motivated troops, ie; protection detachments found in regional political parties), and Elites/Special Forces/etc (comprised of a region's elite troops, elite guards, etc...). More or less divisions can be applied as per necessary. Dual service across divisions and armies is not only legal, but encouraged (if in compliance with regional citizenship laws).
These armies will then be organised by an Officer's Staff consisting a maximum of five representatives of each region, two of which can speak and vote on coalition action, three of which merely spectate and advise their own. Preferably, these will be regional military leaders, though a region can dispatch any citizen. The Officer's Corps will be officiated by an elected Overseer, who is responsible to organise and police the corps. The position is up for election on a monthly basis, and former Overseers can be re-elected.
Unlike failed coalitions of the past, the primary goal of the Officer's Staff is not to bicker for hours on end and vote endlessly on mindless legislature, but to simply coordinate, plan, and raise armies for defensive and offensive military action. They are responsible for ensuring their armies can live up to the standards demanded of them by the IRX.
Though member states can choose to participate in offensive military action, all member states must come to the defence of the other member states should the coalition be attacked.

Those interested in furthering relations with the Interregional Axis are entitled to limited access of our off-site public communications server based on our Discord Server. Regional leaders and members of government are also entitled access to the selective Closed Forum.
Existing members of our communications servers are asked to keep in mind the confidentiality agreement and to refrain from discussing Closed Forum topics on this thread.
Please keep in mind the heightened security of our server, and thus the possibility of a slow vetting process.
