Just opened a new pack of entirely season 1 cards

Spooky. I answered some issues, and got 2 new packs. First pack I junked. Second pack were entirely season 1 cards, none currently at auction.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It's intentional. It was added as a feature shortly after S2 went live. You can also get occasional other S1 cards and CTE cards at a much lower spawn rate than current S2 cards.
