Welcome to NationStates Thorossia! You’re on the right track with a regional constitution!

So just over a day after founding, Thorossia has already reached a population of 7 nations! With the election round the corner on Saturday, a referendum of the flag being held today and a new, updated constitution in quorum to be voted on, we are in a very strong position! If you feel like having a fresh start in a new region, then we are definitely the place for you!

Won't lie, I noticed the same thing. I don't get the vibe they're intending to copy Thalassia though, so I'm sure the two regions will be distinct enough.

The first ever Thorossian election is being held tomorrow! In the historic election, we have 2 nations standing, both with progressive policies! Good luck to Skundi and DRUS delegate 1!

Currently 11 hours left in our first ever General Election! It’s good to have more than half the region voting today as well.

It would also be great for some more nations to join, because we’re heading into an exciting period of time for the region, and with a PM in place, regional politics will soon become prominent. If you’re interested in that stuff, then Thorossia will be great to provide you with new, exciting gameplay! You don’t want to miss out!

I’ve seen your region and your forum thread before and you like a very nice and cool region. I think it would be great to have embassies and solidify the relationship between two new, prolific regions in NS.

Thorossia is in need of a Chief Justice! If you specialise in law and can become familiar with our law then you are the person for the job! The Chief Justice position involves heading the Court, being a fair judge in the trial and making sure nations are following the constitution.

We had a few arrivals yesterday, but we'd love to have more today! Remember, if you want a democratic, new and friendly region, then Thorossia is the place for you!

A week after founding, we sit at 13 nations, and we are preparing to create a House of Commons after a few more arrivals. We currently have a very experienced WA Delegate in Tinhampton and a Prime Minister (with a few cabinet spaces vacant!). So that sums up a little update!

Also keep in mind that we really need a Chief Justice, so if you want to get involved then you can!

We officially have a Chief Justice in Ugrana and we are looking to be holding a House of Commons election soon. There’s still time to get involved!

It's the default in-game flag of Bonaire. SLL's flag is a larger version of Bonaire's flag, and I am at this present moment confident that Gabaltia is not connected with, nor controlled by the player behind, SLL - although I cannot speak for anybody besides myself, and perhaps Thorossia at large.

I did not notice these posts until now. Tinhampton is correct, I am currently using the flag of Bonaire. I was not aware that SLL uses this flag, and I have no connection whatever with SLL or with any other member of the CCD.

Basically, Thorossia needs another Chief Justice. Fresh into the role, Ugrana resigned last night. What this means, is that there is a cabinet position open here! If you are a law specialist or an experienced NSer, it would be great to have you on board.

We also have House of Commons elections on Monday!

We now actually have MPs! 5 nations stood and there were only 5 seats available, so essentially we didn’t need an election at all!

Thorossia’s MPs are: Skundi, Tinhampton, Stolkland, Seven Seas and Gabaltia! These nations will have the sole responsibility of making Thorossia a better place, but with 2 members of the cabinet in the HoC, it means that major decisions could have an effect on the HoC and vice versa
