Environmental Health and Protection Act

To The World Assembly,

Aware that environmental protection affects economy,

Yet believing that it is crucial to protect the environment, to protect our world from devastation.

The act defined in the articles below,

Article I.
Overview: The following article (Article I) defines words and phrases used in later articles and any other acts that wishes to use said words and phrases.

-An Electric Motorized Vehicle(EMV) shall be defined as a vehicle that is completely powered off of a battery.

-A Vehicle Emissions Limit shall be defined as an upper limit to the percentage of emissions created by a nation to be that of created by Motorized Vehicle.

-A Motorized Vehicle shall be defined as a self-propelled vehicle that does not operate on rails and is used for the transportation of people or cargo.

-A Green Energy Program shall be defined as a program that seeks to promote and increase the use of renewable energy within the borders of the nation it is in.


Article II..
Overview: The following article (Article II) defines restrictions on countries in the World Assembly to further our Environmental betterment.


-All World Assembly members must have a Vehicle Emissions Limit of 20% or less.

-All World Assembly members are highly suggested to put a 10%(or more) tax on oils and other burnables.

-All World Assembly members must also use 2% (or more) of their Government Expenditure on environmental betterment of their nation.


-All World Assembly members must use 5% of that Environmental Government Expenditure on promoting EMV’s (Electric Motorized Vehicles) to the general market.


-All World Assembly members must allow the trading of Solar Panels and other renewable energy options though, inside, and over their borders.


-All World Assembly members must establish a Green Energy Program.

Article III...
Overview: The following article (Article III) establishes what the World Assembly itself will do to better our environment.

-The World Assembly shall found a multinational organization called the, “ World Health and Environmental Organization(WHEO)

-The WHEO shall act as a Green Energy Program but as if all World Assembly nations were in its borders.

-The WHEO shall also be able to discover threats to humanity or the environment and assess them. This guideline assessment will be sent to each nations Green Energy Program to so that the program addresses the problem. If the problem isn’t able to be addressed by that nations program, the WHEO will address it for them.

-No World Assembly nation can block the WHEO from coming into the borders.


-The WHEO will be funded by private donations and international aid from World Assembly members.

OOC: Also, nations' internal taxation meddling would make this illegal. The wording is also weird in parts, making this read as badly filled form of some kind, which makes me wonder about plagiarism.
