Issues mechanics coming order, issue

Postby Croatian empaths » Sun Jan 26, 2020 7:53 am

I am wondering is there any more senseless issues that will come to my GOV door? All I get s**T dumb heads who are concerned with spoilers or prison or gun control over and over again... Over and over again like game brainwashing me with same issues... WDF????

When I will get issue where AI replace bureaucracy to decimate taxes or getting nuclear fission research and graphine batteries to produce energy green cars?

When I will get issue where spirituality is understand as action, while religion as theory?

Does those goes with intelligence of population and low political apathy? Someone please tell me how I can get productive population directed into expanding concsiousness out of possible. I am tired of mediocrity in real life, why should I endure the same in a game?

The game seems to be mostly written as satire. You can't actually win or expand beyond the perimeter of the critique being made.

The game is a game, no therapy. Out of the (currently) ~ 1300 issues available there are a few easter eggs (happy hunting!) and a few chain issues where you'll only see a fraction, depending on your choices made. A number of issues are limited by validity, partly mutually exclusive. So out of the ~1300 issues there might be about 800 - 1000 (wild guess!!) you might actually receive. Given you can only get one new every 6 hours (or less frequently, as you put the settings) you'll be around quite a while before getting those issues you "want" for receiving certain policies or stat changes.

Also, you could try to write more issues whose options include ones that would lead to the effects you want...
The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

Quite a few issues have some validity requirements in order for it be assigned to your nation. A few are indeed gated by needing to be above or below some intelligence level, for example. In general, however, we avoid putting up validities which are not absolutely necessary to the issue.

The more restrictive we make assigning an issue the smaller the pool of issues available to any given nation becomes.
