At least with the part about wanting members of government to be sent to hell, seems to be wishing death

"Rioters" i.e. protesters are people who can die literal deaths. The CCP and PRC are not. Also, there's no such thing as hell and the reference to the plague refers to the inability of CCP officials to handle the coronavirus outbreak properly, not that they should literally die of the plague/virus. The "rioters" in the post I reported are explicitly likened to a plague. I think you're only making this report because I reported someone whose trolling, disgusting views you clearly endorse.

Except that's not what was said. "Fuck the rioters" is like saying "The rioters can go to hell," only with more emphasis.
