We are pleased to hear this!! The capital of Nikoland Piczi is the Metropolitan City of Nklandia.
In the north, we can consider North Port Royal City as a relevant city.

The airports in question are:

It seems that Nikopiczians are very excited about the opening of these routes, since the people of this nation love to get to know new cultures and destinations.
In just a few hours, the first tickets to the city of Atlanta, capital of Notrumbia, will go on sale. A very high interest has emerged in the King's palaces and the architecture of the city. We hope that this opening will allow the people of Notrumbia to visit Nikoland Piczi, from its tropical beaches in the south to its snowy mountains and ski slopes in the Augurumst District.

Itinerary for the March-June 2020 Quarter.

March 15: General Summit to discuss tariffs among members 2020. This will take into account current tariffs and will seek to unify tariffs on all trade routes of the nations of the bloc.

March 20: "Entrepreneurs of the Future" Summit 2020. At this summit, the business tycoons of the energy and technology sector will meet.

28 March: "ULN Automobile Convention" Summit. In it, the new models of vehicles of the regional brands will be presented. It will be possible to sign import/export trade agreements.

05 April: "Together for the Environment" Summit. This summit aims to discuss the state of the environment in our nations and to be able to plan new methods of environmental protection, for the preservation of habitats and natural resources.

16 April: Summit "Regional Infrastructure". In this event, we will work on issues related to the infrastructure of the nations, as ways of connecting producers and consumers. Different ways to make the transport of goods more efficient, to reduce costs and to reach more destinations will be discussed.

April 24: Summit "ULNEB's Performance Diagnosis Board". Here, a debate will take place in which the Nations will explain how they have been benefited or harmed by the ULNEB agreements. Statistics will be reviewed to eliminate the defects of the block and thus make it more efficient.

May 7th: "ULNEB Space Programs" Summit. The probability of launching the first joint space program among all ULNEB nations will be evaluated. Budgets, objectives (short and long term goals), benefits of interplanetary exploration and strengthening of each nation's space industry will be discussed.

May 20: "Convention for the Promotion of Health, Education and Welfare". This convention aims to establish the basis required to promote knowledge of health values, creating an awareness in our societies of the importance of health care, and how to promote health through comprehensive education. In addition, current issues of concern to the general population will be addressed.

June 1st: Balance of Commercial Benefits of the Block.
Negotiations of new trade agreements and new proposals to plan the agenda for the next quarter.

Today I call on you to discuss trade tariffs between the nations of the bloc and with other regions.

As many of you may have noticed these past few days, I have woven some connections with other regions. These connections will be very important, because with them we will be able to establish allies not only in trade but also in politics.
The beginning of commercial relations can be the engine that drives the relationship and for that we must present a large-scale commercial project, where each member of our block can trade with the regions in question, as well as with the very nations that make up our region.

Your participation in these discussions is very important, because in this way we will be able to make our allies grow, our trust towards the world will be strengthened and our ties with other regions will become long-lasting and prosperous.

On the subject in question, Nikoland Piczi proposes the following tariffs:

Among ULNEB members: universal tariff of 3.5% on any product/service.

With other regions: 5% tariff on any product/service

Zero or lower values may be established between the members of the region, after a debate that shows the interest of reducing the tariffs. These fees will finance the ULNEB Administration along with all its projects.

Particular cases:

1. In the case of exclusive products or services, which can be considered as unique, a slightly higher tariff may be applied. However, what we want to emphasize is that the members of the block will have benefits, such as the reduction of tariffs between them. That is why the tariff with another nation should be higher (at least as proposed above).
2. When it is a product/service of a binational company, the tariff of the block will be established at 5% divided for each Nation (2.5% per Nation), while the interregional tariff will be 7% total (3.5% per Nation). These benefits are established to encourage binational participation in trade.
3. In cases of a company with more than 2 nations, the issue will be particularly addressed.
