The Government has declared a terrorist attack in central Iarann Grudaidh after a large bomb containing toxic chemicals went off inside the Richman Military Training Facility, the damage is unclear, however their motive was to eliminate or seriously cripple military operations and prevent the government from silencing people who speak out against them. The believed attackers are The People's Guard, known as a very anti-government terror organization based in Iarann Grudaidh. However, as previously stated, the bomb contained toxic chemicals, these chemicals have raged throughout central Iarann Grudaidh and have declared a toxic no-mans land, where anarchy prevails. The government has requested the help of other nations in order to bring order back to Central Iarann Grudaidh and clear the area of toxic fumes.FactionsThe Vortex
The Vortex are the elite special forces of Iarann Grudaidh, they specialize in anti-terror, manhunts and covert operations. Due to this only a select few of their operations are known. The Vortex was founded in 1880 to prevent invasion from New crossford troops during the Grudaidh-Crossford war in which Iarann Grudaidh won and successfully destroyed the nation's government, this was their first ever operation and was known as "Operation: Phantom". Their name originated as during the Grudaidh Crossford war, these troops were described as shadows, hidden in plain sight. Members are picked annually by who performs the best in combat, all troops undergo physc and advanced lie detector tests in order to determine if they're fit to serve under Vortex, making it almost impossible for the average person to get in.

The People's Guard
The People's Guard is a Communist mercenary group inside Iarann Grudaidh, there is not much public knowledge about them other than they're highly lethal and have previous military experience, they are under the ideology that "everyone deserves the exact same treatment as each other." However their ways have injured thousands of citizens and pose a larger threat to the safety of citizens than the government itself.Disclaimer(s)
This RP will be SLOW, meaning that I may not get back to you in a few days at best. this is due to RL responsibilities and other duties I already need to fufill, this is more of a hobby than anything.
