So, beyond the fact that "raiding activities" are not "against the rules," as far as I'm aware, this was not drafted properly pretty much at all. While raiding is seen as a condemnable action, this is not a good proposal. My suggestion is to take this proposal down and draft it properly.

I would highly recommend flushing this out more as it stands right now it's a there bad becuse they are bad proposal and IF this somehow reached quorum it would never pass at the full assembly

While the SC frowns upon raiding in general, conndems are given to those who go above and beyond a normal level of raiding. If they were given out like that this would be a candy store for c/c both every defender and raider would have one.
