2018-2019 PFA Eka League Result
Campuhan - Eka League is the highest level football league that sanctioned by Pemecutan Football Association. The competition has been held from early 1970's. And before we continue with the ongoing 2019-2020 season, we will look back first for last season standings. The 2018-2019 Season was concluded in April 2019 with Pescam Campuhan take over the trophy with only larger goal differences than the second place, Pesetih Titih. The season also saw another bad result for Pesub Ubung, one of the most successful football club in Pemecutan. The club was only finished at 6th place which barred them from entering regional event CMFA Champions League and the international event. While on the bottom feeder, 2 out of 3 promoted clubs has to be relegated again to Dwi League. While Pesepang Paang become the only promoted club than retain their position in Eka League after finished at 13th place.

Pescam Campuhan and Pesedilan Pemedilan become the highest goals for club in the last season with 55 goals. Surya Dwipayana from Pescam Campuhan took the season Golden Booth by collecting 22 goals. On the other hand, Pesetih Titih become the club with least goals with only 24 goals in 34 matches. And Pesedilan Pemedilan become the club with the highest goal differences with +28 goals. In the beginning of 2019-2020 Pescam Campuhan will be playing against Pesbal Balun, the winner of Pemecutan Cup in the opening of 2019-2020 season, The Pemecutan Champions Cup.

12 Teams Are Ready for PBA Play-Off

Campuhan - 2019-2020 PBA League season has finished its qualification process where 12 teams are advance into the Play-Off Round. There are slightly changes in this season PBA League where the Play-Off Round is a knockout stage instead of round-robin system as the previous season. Another change is the introduction of conference where the previous 4 divisions are group into 2 conferences. Giri Pemecutan and Ubung Division are group into North Central Conference while Titih and Suwung Division are joined in Southeast Conference. But as usual, 4 highest finished teams in each divisions are advance into the Play-Off Round. The round is a 7-stage round robin system where the team which win 4 games first will advance.

On this season, there are many previous teams that didn't advance from qualification round including the last season champion, Jati. From last season top three, only Gelogor Carik that successfully advance to the play-off round.

The Meeting for Re-Merging

Ubung - Pemecutan Football Association (PFA) Chairman and Tandeg Suci Football Association (TSFA) Chairman decided to meet to discuss a possibility to re-merging both competition. From early on, clubs from Tandeg Suci has joined in the PFA League competitions where there are only 2 teams from the small country, PSTS Tandeg Suci and PSTM Taman Magendra. The joined commission was ended in 2018-2019 season before TSFA decided to joined Liga Melayu instead for their 2019-2020 season. But realizing that the cost to joined Liga Melayu is quite large, TSFA decided to quit from the competition and re-merging with PFA for the next 2020-2021 season.

TSFA Chairman, Putu Pande Surya Dharma, stated that the merging will decrease the cost amount for the clubs especially for their travel expense as Tandeg Suci and Pemecutan is quite near. TSFA Chairman also said that currently there are 5 clubs that interested to join if the re-merging is successful. The 5 clubs are PSTS Tandeg Suci, PSTM Taman Magendra, Pesedan Danu, Pesulu Uluan and Peseteben Tebenan. On the other hand, PFA Chairman, I Gede Dwipa Mahardika, stated that the re-merging will likely change the structure of PFA League. Currently PFA League is compose of 4 leagues with 74 clubs. 2 new clubs are added from the amateur league to fill the gap that left by TSFA clubs in 2019-2020 season. Mr. Mahardika said that there are a possibility to enlarge the number of clubs in PFA League from 74 to 80 clubs and increase the number of clubs in each league from 18 to 20 clubs. 75 clubs will be from Pemecutan while 5 clubs are from Tandeg Suci.

The meeting between PFA and TSFA Chairman are held in Ubung from 21 - 23 March 2020. While delegation from TSFA has arrived in Ubung yesterday. Aside for re-merging possibility, the meeting also emphasize the allocation slot for each associations that will be granted for the regional and international event. Currently, both associations are active in 3 regional and international organizations and the sanctioned competition. The organizations are CMFA, FFI and IFCF.

PBA 2019-2020 Play-Off Result

Campuhan - The PBA 2019-2020 Play-Off Round was held from 2 - 23 March 2020. The Round is a 7-series games where most wins team will advance into the Conference Semifinal Round. After 7 games, 8 teams secure their Conference Semifinal spot which is 4 for each Conference. From North Central Conference, Balun, Tegallinggah, Tonja and Binoh advance to the Semifinal Round. Tegallinggah become the first team from North Central to secure their spot after 4-1 games win against Ambengan. Tonja is the second team to advance after in the 6th game, they win against Tatag and lead the series by 4-2. Balun and Binoh secure the last 2 spots after completed the 7th game. On the other hand, Pedungan win tremendously 4-0 againts Pemogan and become the first team in Southeast Conference to advance to Semifinal. Pekandelan joins into Semifinal after wining the 6th game against Kepaon. Lelangon and Gelogor Carik completed the Southeast Conference Semifinal spot after wining their 7th game.
Gelogor Carik as the last season runner up successfully advance to the Conference Semifinal. The team manager stated that they aiming the top 3 so they could become Pemecutan qualifier in IUBC Championship. In the last edition of IUBC Championship, Gelogor Carik only enter as qualifier and didn't advance further. Jati which was given a spot in Group Stage also didn't advance further after only finished in the third place of their Group.

2019-2020 PFA Eka League Concluded

Campuhan - Pesub Ubung rise the trophy of 2019-2020 PFA Eka League after they successfully finished in the lead of the league table by 63 points or 2 points ahead of Pescam Campuhan, the runner-up. Pescam Campuhan once again become the most productive team in the season with 71 goals. They also become team with the highest goal differences. Pesepad Padangsambian become the team with the least goal against with 19 goals. PSSM Sedana Merta become the least productive team with only 19 goals which also become team with the lowest goal differences.

PBA 2019-2020 Conference Semifinal Result

Campuhan - The PBA 2019-2020 Conference Semifinal Round was held from 30 March - 21 April 2020. The Round is a 7-series games where the most wins team will advance to Conference Final Round. The 4 spot of Conference Semifinal from North Central are Balun, Tegallinggah, Tonja and Binoh while from Southeast Conference are Pedungan, Pekandelan, Lelangon and Gelogor Carik. Tegallinggah become the first team to advance after defeating Balun in the 5th games and lead 4-1 victory against Balun. Lelangon become the second to advance. While Pekandelan and Binoh completed the last 2 spots. The result also crushed Gelogor Carik dream to become top 3 finisher of the season.
