Now it's 1830 and both the United States and Europe are opening up Africa, Asia and the Old West with the technology of 1914-style world! And because they could have been invented back then, both 4wheelers and sit down jetskis are allowed, too.
In this Universe, both the Confederate States of America[CSA] and the United States of America exist[USA]. The Republic of Kentucky[ROK] rules WV, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana Tennessee, Alabama, Florida. . The CSA is Georgia through Maryland. The USA is Pennsylvania through Maine. .
In Asia, Tennoheiko Banzai Nihon[TBN] is the Japanese Empire of this world The Samurai still roam amidst booming modernization A Hybrid Samurai-Meiji state has emerged. TBN already has Washington,and the African West Coast above that part of South Africa is its Empire. China is divided between the Kuomintang{KMT] and the Ming Empire[ME]. While the KMT is benign and rapidly thriving, but the ME is exhausted from defeating the Manchus in the 1750-1780 war. It's reactionary nature is delaying modernization despite Imperial Reforms. Nasarian Imperium is KMT. The KMT has colonies in Peru, Namibia, and Cameroon.
In Europe, The IMPERIAL WARGLORIAN EMPIRE[IWE]is a vast powerhouse of military, economic, and scientific innovation lead by Fuhrer Klaus Adler. It's colonies are Madagascar, Liberia, California, Hawaii, Macao, and Kenya ACLUS[ACLUS] is the British Empire of this World. Its colonies consist of British Honduras, Oregon, Malta, Egypt, Afghanistan, India, Burma, and Hong Kong. The Arengin Union[TAU]has Vietnam, Algeria, The Philippines and Cuba as it's colonies, Having annihilated Spain in the Arengin-Spanish War of 1808.
Elsewhere, Transvaal[T-VAAL] rules all of South Africa and has overseas colonies in Korea, Honduras, Denmark, Norway, Italy, and Mississippi. Can it hold onto it's possessions? Exilvania[X]rules Russia, Finland and the Black Sea. Can the Tsar's reforms prevent revolution? All territories not mentioned are for grabs.
You may play as a nation, a company, a religion or individual.

2 Technological cut off dates: Medicine[includes veterinary]: 1947. Cars and trucks: 1930. Airplanes: not invented yet. Airships: 1926.
Radio: 1926. Telephone: 1914. Telegraph: 1890. Handguns: 1913. Rifles: 1907. Semiautomatic rifles are too complex for general usage. Shotguns: 1901. Assault rifle: not invented. Machineguns: 1907. No Tanks. Armored Car: 1910. Submachineguns: 1929. Gyrocopter: 1940, Trains: 1900. Ships: Pre-dreadnought only[1905] U-boats: 1918. Sailing and paddle wheelers are quite common. Weather Forecasting: 1947. TV: not invented. Artillery: Nothing after 1905/ Energy weapons: Nothing after Fallout New Vegas. but limited to Laser RCW. Laser pistol, multiplas rifle and Plasma Defender pistol.
3. It's O.K. to have pretend brands of companies and products provided they donot violate rule 2.
4. No gory/disturbing/upsetting stuff. We don't do gruesome and graphic depictions of stuff. Leave it to our imagination. That will get you banned.
5. No discord. All that stuff is OOC alone. This includes the fun stuff you can do on discord, too.
6. To get people to respond: post TAGS and their game play name.
7. No math-based stuff, this Is for fun. Think Warhammer Fantasy RPG for history/war/ sci-fi/steampunk/tesla punk/diesel punk fanboys
8. Fantasy Technologies allowed: Laser and plasma weapons, but are very expensive and therefore are somewhat uncommon. You're more liable to encounter somebody with a $20.00. Broomhandle .30 Mauser c96 pistol than you are a $200.00 Plasma Defender. You're more liable to encounter a $2.00 percussion cap Blunderbuss than a $150.00 Laser RCW. That's simple economics. Therefore, no military will mass issue this stuff.
9. You may loot the dead and sell their stuff.
10. Laws will vary locally. Example: Nihon could ban energy weapons but allow his citizens and settlers to own Model 92 Winchester rifles and revolvers in .44-40, too.
11. Please cooperate if the Mods if the mods ask you to delete a post. Obey and relax. There is no strikes and your number out rule.
12. If you're confused by 10 in certain times, we'll talk about it on the OOC and your post could allow or redone but allowed, too.
13. Threatening anybody gets you banned Time A.
14. Graphically threatening anybody[including domestic pets]will get you banned and reported to law enforcement.
15. Wages and prices are your business alone. period.
16. Profanity: Foul language is cool but please try to avoid 50% of your language be F, S, or P-related bombs,
17. If you're gonna be off awhile, just post on the OOC and it is cool, too.
18. The penalty for using other players 'characters without allowing them to respond or first asking permission in the OOC is in rule 11. Failure to obey is banned from the game.
19. If you can show in a reference that it could have existed in this world, but it is allowed, too.
20. No demons or wizardry. There are other rpgs for that.
