Is there any way to propose a possible change (propose a new Beta)? If so, where would those proposals go?

Just making a thread in this forum for your suggested change. Don’t need to use any tags to mark if either. Just a descriptive title and a detailed post. Don’t hold your breath for an official response or to see anything however. With the admin team being volunteers and time being limited. Doesn’t mean they didn’t see it and it might not be added to whatever list of ideas to look into they have. Sometimes they surprise us

As I've said in the telegram, you can suggest here in Technical, but its probably not worth doing so. The number of staff interested in adding new stats is small, and players don't have the backstage access to know what sort of stats can be feasibly assembled.

Besides, suggesting a stat you'd like to see is the tip of the iceberg -- actually working out how to create that stat is the bulk of the work, and few staff are going to do that work for anything other than a stat they personally want to see added.

Angshire already made another thread for the suggestion he wanted to make.

It's sort of a viable suggestion, in that we already sort of have the relevant numbers, but I recall [violet] mentioning that she wants to revamp the economy model before adding details like these (or the other suggestion that was fielded at the time, having an economy pie chart showing the market share of each industry sector, rather than just private vs state-run enterprise). The problem is that right now industry stats depend too much on the overall strength of the economy and too little on industry-specific factors, so nations are too likely to be either good at everything or bad at everything.
