1. A series of terrorist attacks have struck Guadalupador, and now a manhunt is underway for the attackers. A looming international incident could be on the horizon as suspicions arise that the foreign terrorists could be sponsored by their home nation, or even the elusive third party that's actually behind the attacks.

2. Link has been provided above in the OP.

3. Modern Tech (Present day to about 2025-ish)

4. Rules Include:
No Godmodding
No One-liners (write a paragraph or two at least)
No non-permitted escalation (I don't want this to suddenly result in a world war or whatever)
Act civilly within the Out of Character Thread
Bring some sense of realism to the In-Character whether it applies to national policy or character motivations (It makes for a better story)
No outlandish tech, keep it within the parameters please. (No gigantic airships with plasma weaponry that can also travel into low-earth-orbit)
And that's mostly it for now, unless something else comes up.
