Anyway, technicalities aside, you know the drill! As the Title suggests, your Leader's Personal Opinion on the AN (Above Nation)'s Leader. It is highly recommended that you have a factbook on your leader in order to participate. A factbook less character can be very difficult to talk about, apart from having only the name.
As always, respect the ninjas, and if you are afraid that you might get ninjaed, you can always use "Preview", and it will show you the most recent posts below yours. That way, you can check who has newly posted, and you can still edit accordingly, rather than doing it later.
A new unwritten-but-now-written rule is that it does not have to be just your Leader himself. Sure, the title does say leader, but recently, for those that has a lot of characters, feel free to use any other characters other than just the leader. If you have a President, for example, you can still use your Vice President, Prime Minister, Vice PM, Secretary... basically those characters with a high degree of importance to your nation.
Without further ado, let's get started.

From Mk. 13:
Zitravgrad wrote:"Immortals are often the pretentious ones but I believe I can be nearly as pretentious. Such well-tailored suit -- good appearance denotes good manners and education, or at least that is how I judge people in my book."
*ahem*
"May your next century be paved with rose-tinted marble, great prince. You have reigned long, fair and well and I have no other petty complaint of political agreement or opposition. It is the end that matters -- the means will justify. Long may you live... and I pray that your people do not become disillusioned with this Immortal Prince merely just because they have seen his face for their entire existence. We should be relieved you are not comically evil or ridiculously arrogant."
Mr. Kazimir Ivanovich Miroslavsky, Premier of Zitravgrad
Valentijn “De Sierlijke en Vrij Valkyrie General ov Valentine Z” Samantha Maxwell Delta Weston Stijn Angelus Tracey Mitchell Tristian Marnix Svitw. Lewis Hyatt X. Constantine Sein Lin Zaw Naing: Ahh, Mr. Kazimir! I have heard a lot of good things about you, of course! You have been a very long time friend of the Valentians, and I am sure that you have been told that wayyy too many times. I am just saying that you and your nation have been a great and valuable part of the Valentian history, and we have taken note of that as well! Anyway, now that I have sang the praises, I must also unfortunately sang the negatives of your character. You see, as much as I like you, don't get me wrong, I cannot help but feel that you have been.... pretty sadistic in nature. I am not sure if you have been this way throughout your whole life, but you can certainly change that now, my friend. Being violent, or wanting to see others hurt is not the way, and I will have to warn you before you decide to torture someone that you have no way of winning over. As always, I am very positive on you, my friend, haha!
