Making puppets is not illegal, nor is using them to evade being on someone's Foe List. Though like Servilis, who did break a rule by posting in an obvious report thread despite not being involved and despite offering only an opinion, like they said, it's not like Foe Lists do much of anything.

After some discussion, there appears to have been a bit of a behind-the-scenes mix-up. For transparency:

As a general reminder: If a player makes it clear they want nothing to do with you, repeatedly seeking them out in an attempt to provoke a response qualifies as harassment - whether they have you formally blocked is irrelevant. Having a player blocked, either on the forums or telegrams, does not suddenly mean they can continue with harassment. Of course, if you suspect someone is evading a block, report them as well.

(Un)fortunately (???), this sort of report does not frequently arise, so the exact nature of the policy, in turn, doesn't get brought up often. That said, this was addressed already.

To clarify: we do, in fact, ding for evading the Foe List in the event such arises. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. In this case, however, it appears this was actually addressed, and just not cleared here. If there are incidents beyond the above reprimand by Reploid, I may have missed it, and please feel free to bring it to my attention if such is the case.

Gormwood claims he has me blocked, but he sees my Miami nations, and makes fun of my support of President Trump in his posts to me and on his posts to other nations, which he is allowed to do so. Gormwood knows very well those are my Miami nations.

As well as all of them who might be trying to block me keep doing. Quoting me on those Miami nations they know are my nations, and making fun of my support for President Trump which they are allowed to do.

I only post on the Trump maga threads with several of my Miami Shores Nations. I posted a list to them with all my Miami and La Habana Cuba nations for their benefit, and they saw it and thanked me for it. It will take me time to find and post the link to you of that list post. I just found the link, I don't post with all these Miami Nations on the Trump Maga thread but I have posted with a few of them, and they know very well they are my nations. I spend time on all these nations and I switch nations. My posting style is the same and they all know it. Gomwood and the others know very well who I am. I have never made any secret of it. At times I even post Miami Shores Alberto. They have even posted back to me you don't have to sign your other nation name, we know who you are, on the Trump maga threads.

I have asked them many times if they don't like me to put me on ignore and I posted the list of all my Miami Shores and La Habana Cuba nations for their benefit and they thanked me for it.

I do have over 151 nations on nation states, most of them are dead and I have revived many of them from time to time over and over again. Many are real world and regional world named nations and many are made up nation named nations. I hardly ever post with and usually post on the RP threads, not on the Trump maga threads.

This is the fundamental problem with this issue. There is zero requirement for anyone else to be aware of your other nations. They don't "all know it", nor do they need to. Most people (in NS General, at least) post with a single nation. This is the recommended practice, as it allows players a chance to hide posts (via the Foe List) from any single player they don't with to interact with.

Lots of players have puppets, but they don't usually post with them. What you are in essence saying is that anyone who wants to block you needs to add 151 nations to their foe list. That's not fair to the other players. You need to pick a "main nation" for forum posting, and stick with that. If you want a different nation for roleplaying, or posting in F7, that's also fine. When you post in General, pick just one and stick to it.

I have chosen Greater Miami Shores as my nation to post on the 2019 Miscellaneous election thread, the Democrats Primary thread and the Trump Mega Threads.

I have chosen Greater Miami Shores and La Habana Cuba as my nation to post on the Hong Kong Thread and the Hitting the Mark Thread. I like this nation on these threads because it relates to Cuba my nation of origin. I am a native Cuban and American citizen. I happen to have a girl cousin of Cuban, Spaniard, Chinese descent. I happen to have a Cuban Chinese friend in Miami that has a Chinese Cousin in Hong Kong.

I will make a note on the first post on these threads from these nations on my first post from this moment on.

I know and I understand If this happens a couple of more times, I will have to face the consequences for it.

This is not what we are recommending.

While it's always very obvious that it's you - you're using the same flag and have a very distinctive posting style - it places the responsibility of working out which nation you're using in a particular thread on other NSG participants. Placing a note on your first post in a thread is not a solution; you can't expect people to go back and find your post on page 2 if the thread has reached page 54 (never mind page 454).

This will continue to leave you open to the charge of foe evasion, even if it's an accident, since not everyone who has you on an ignore list will be aware of which nation you're using on these specific threads.

And what about future threads? It's unlikely that these are the only five threads you'll ever post in. If Raul Castro dies next week, and someone starts an 'end of the Castro era' thread, I imagine you'll want to participate; likewise if there is a coup against Maduro.

So it's not just a matter of transparency.

We would strongly recommend that from this point onwards you use only one Miami nation while posting in General. This is the best way of protecting yourself.

The moderators are right I did a foolish thing, despite me not trying to evade any foe list, ignore list or puppet wank anything the first time, the second time was an honest accident on my part. I for one don't foe list anyone or ignore list anyone. I Post to all nations and Persons.

I have a few questions on how the foe list or ignore list as I call it works?

As I have posted on this thread to the Moderators on my post or posts above. The Moderators are right I did a dumb, stupid foolish thing, by posting on the same thread with a few of my main nations. Despite me not trying to evade a foe list or ignore list as I call it, or Puppet wank anything. My main reason were I wanted my main nations to have a connection to the thread, and it makes it harder for me to review my posts on the thread.

So it was a dumb, stupid foolish thing I did on both my reasons and the Moderators reasons. I thank all the Moderators again for seeing I did not attempt to break a rule, that would get me banned from NS which I love and we all love. or would ruin my clean record that I am very proud of and which to keep clean.

I for one don't place any nation on my foe list or ignore list as I call it, I Post to all nations and all Persons if allowed to do so.

Questions and I am being very careful who I Post to or not just in case. I am doing better than I expected with the 18 plus nations that seem to have a problem with me strongly defending President Trump. Most or some are posting to me and vice versa despite previously complaining about me. Funny but they have no problems or complaints with me on other issues and threads, including on my anti Cuban government threads and posts on Cuba, my pet issue on NS for obvious reasons. A few of them have posted on my Cuba thread and I have posted to them with no problems. From my NS Miami Nation which happens to be my OP nation on this Cuban embargo thread.

All these 18 nations or so have not placed any of my main nations on ignore I think, as I can see their posts and they can see my posts from all my main nations, and I can technically quote to them and I assume they can technically quote to me.

But Fartsniffage seems to claim or imply he has me on ignore, but I can see his posts and he can see my posts, and I can technically quote his posts. So it seems like he does not have any of my nations on ignore or does he, as he seems to claim or imply? I can see them and they can see me, how does the ignore system work?

Question 2: I have many nations on all the feeder regions and a few private regions of nations I use to RP with.
If I join their RMBs and Discord Channels, and they are on the RMBs and Discord Channels, how is my relationship to them determined by NS if they have me on ignore and I don't know it, what can I do and what cant I do? I assume I cant quote their posts on the RMBs and discord? I cant see them anyway or can I see them and technically post to them?

If I join a region and their Discord Channels and they are members their, I can see their posts and they can see mine, If I don't know who has me on their ignore list I cant ignore them back?

I suggest to the Moderators to post the ignore rules and how it works on the NS Rules threads, I looked and I could not find anything on it, except for a reference as how it relates to the Moderators.

I suggest to the Moderators to establish a technical system or TG Telegram to let the nations know they have been placed on another nations ignore list.

Also I suggest to the Moderators to have a technical or TG Telegram system to let any nation reported on the Moderators forum know they have been reported, so they have a chance to defend themselves right or wrong. Granted they might not see the TG Telegrams but at least they have a chance.

In my case I always keep at least one of my main nations on the moderators forum when I am posting on the general and RP threads or not posting, and I check it every few minutes or so to see if anyone has reported me for anything they can think of.
