I think it's:

"The Order of Andras"

"Entay [am a?] Andras away" [Edit: says “Entay ama Andras anay”, Aleister’s motto]

"beneath the south moons the jasmine air sails silent before an owl wakes"

Either way, the font is atrocious.

This looks really cool, and you can probably get away with the bigger font, but you may have heard that small font is hard af to read
