The Crisac National Commission for Investments is a government agency under the Department of Global Affairs and Trade mandated to attract foreign investments into the Nation-City. The NCI also promotes external trade and helps in developing and strengthening economic and trade relations between the Nation-City and the rest of the world.

The NCI was established to promote the viability of Crisac as an investment hub. With modern infrastructure, an educated work force and a progressive regulatory environment, NCI packages the strong points of the Nation-City to make it attractive to foreign public and private investors. Like other investment agencies, NCI assists would be partners in establishing their businesses within the Nation-City and provides consistent support services to ensure the success of the businesses. Aside from targeting foreign direct investments, NCI also helps Crisac business expand to foreign markets, by coordinating with their counterparts in foreign governments.

The NCI is composed of seven members, including the chairperson who is the Secretary of Global Affairs and Trade. The Secretary of the Trade and Commerce is the vice chairperson leaving five other ordinary commissioners who come from senior officials of both departments as well as representatives from the private sector who are appointed by the Chief Executive. The Managing Director is responsible for the daily administration of NCI and represents the body in most of its dealings worldwide, when the presence of the Chair and or Vice Chair may not be necessarily needed.
