If one sends a region:X, +tag:wa telegram, it shows up as external, even when if that same person sends a region:X telegram, it shows up as internal. Is this discrepancy supposed to happen?

"External" is a catch-all phrase for all telegrams that are something other than 'recruitment', 'campaign', or 'regional'. Don't regional telegrams show up as 'regional, not 'internal''? (I have them all blocked and can't check.)

They show up as regional, not internal to me at least.
