Buying Land for Growing Country (Open OOC)

In a surprise move by the new Supreme Leader Graham Belmont, for the first time, Adomme would like to act peacefully with the other countries of the world and buy land to make his dream of an Adomme Empire true. The government has allowed 100 million NSD to be used in this expansion move with additional funding possible if the land offered is worth it. However, there are a few qualifications that will be discussed below about what Adomme is looking for in its expansion.

Ideal Lands
1. Adomme is an island nation and as such is looking for land on continents or near other nations so that trade can be held between the two. Adomme will accept any land like this and will even consider buying ports if the price is right.
2. Islands offered will have to be low cost or of good quality to be considered. In addition, any very small islands offered such as Atolls and uninhibited islands near other nations will be heavily considered if the price is low and trade is certain.
3. Adomme is also looking for lands that are inhabited. People in these areas will not be treated unfairly like those in Adommes conquered lands and will be given full citizenship after one year in an established colony.
4. The 100 million NSD will hopefully buy multiple lands and any offer that is close to the 100 million NSD will have to be especially good quality
5. If the desired nation would rather have supplies then money Adomme grows world quality sugar cane and gold.
6. Adomme has the right to place its military in colonies and after the colony is sold any interference with the process of assimilation will be met with hostilities or other processes.

Any land bought needs to be incorporated into your nations cannon and I am also looking to start RPing with other nations so if interested in small scale International Incidents defiantly offer some land. Also, please note due to my nation being a MT human nation any land offered by nations that are not MT or human will not be accepted. In addition, land that is part of a closed map for a region or anything similar cannot be accepted. Anyways, that is all the rules below is the template to use if you are interested in making a deal.
