A recent set of mindboggling conundrums with discovered real estate, crimelord money taken, and strange situations that were previous thought to be impossible leaves the galactic government with 1 trillion dollars that court decided they couldn't spend. In an intergalactic referendum, it was agreed upon that the money be sold to the highest bidder. The conditions? Simple.
1. The highest bidding organization (country, corporation, etc.) takes home the money.
2. Each bet will bring the sum 10 billion dollars higher. Please add the number of your post. If the number of the post above is 5, say 6, which is betting 60 billion. You may only bid one interval higher.
3. The winner and second highest bidding organizations both have to pay.
The winner is decided when nobody posts in 3 months.
