5/10 - everyone looks pretty cheerful, but that censor bar is very mysterious and the face in the background is rather eerie and menacing.

AN: Damn, I'm so sorry... late edit... Well, 5/10. Not exactly evil, but they give me rather unwelcoming vibes. Grey and dull buildings and the like.

I really am surprised that I'm giving this rating to Val of all people but 3/10, solarpunk can really go either way on the "evilness" spectrum
