If you are new to NationStates and you wish to join Novus Lucidum, report to the region known as Camp McClintock for training in political fields and among other fields like rp. If you are an experienced nation, you can go straight to Novus Lucidum without reporting to the other region. New nations would be between 0 to 100 million in population, if you are within this range report to Camp McClintock. If you are outside this range, head straight to Novus Lucidum.
