- Less accidental pregnancies
- Lower population growth
- Reduction of pregnancies from rape
- Less struggles for disadvantaged families that are expecting children
In my eyes, this is a perfect system. Without being a responsible parent, one should not be allowed to have children. Also consider that the parental test would not be straightforward but not impossible - after all, there are citizenship tests.

I only specified 'males' because I was referring to all genders that are capable of producing sperm. Forgive me if I was hard to understand.
I am sure that you will agree that it is easier to sterilise males than female (all genders that produce eggs), while I am aware that women are capable of sexually abusing males and in doing so get pregnant (this is not classified as rape).
