Regardless of what someone else said sometime once in some other forum, this does not and cannot apply in the GA. All committees are staffed ICly by incorruptible GA gnomes. Nothing you roleplay in your version of the committee will have any impact on anyone who does not also participate in your roleplay in that other forum.

I suggest that if you wish to be taken seriously here, you lose both the attitude and the signature.

OOC: I think you may have misunderstood. You can do what you like regarding this committee (or any other) in some other roleplay forum. Just don't expect anyone in this forum to respect, acknowledge or play along with anything you do there.

Also, the convention is to replace [DRAFT] with [ABANDONED] in the thread title to denote that the proposal is abandoned.

I really do think reading them would help your case. As I informed you, you're not involved with the ISEC in any way, shape or form within the General Assembly. What you roleplay as outside this forum is your own business, it doesn't involve or concern us or the GA.

However that is, is your text meant to use em-dashes as commas rather than sentence separators? If so, that would explain what could be a misunderstanding. Em-dashes are normally used for parentheticals which are normally explanatory (e.g. "The entity—a subsidiary of Wells Fargo—has been found to have committed a violation of the Securities Exchange Act"). I'll also note your text has non-standard uses of semicolons—used to end sentences—and other punctuation marks.
