Yes, Terabithya is fully sovereign, consisting of formerly sovereign regions on the Terabithyan planet united by King Jess and Lady Leslie. Terabithya's human population are mostly U.S. and U.K. immigrants or their descendants but that doesn't mean we would any kind of be dependent on these countries or their governments or have any close ties with them. We support their current governments but that's because we really do it, not enforced.
