After 15 years of scientific development and testing a top secret program by the Catsfernian government is finally complete. Project "River Bridge" is the most ambitious project ever undertaken by the Catsfernian government with the intention of creating bridging to alternate dimensions. A portal has been opened in a top secret military facility outside of Raven Rock, and Military general Tanya Degurechaff prepares to lead a team of 150 other men into the portal to see whats on the other side.

Mt. Mayon, Haring Bayang Katagalugan

Mount Mayon, a beauty worth challenging the majesty of Mount Fuji. Its shape resembles the same shape as Mount Fuji which has been praised for being a perfect shape. Both as well attract tourist from foreign nations and bring profit to the government of their respective. It seemed like it another day of normal Tagalog life, but there were plans that have gone unheard of.

[Portal opens in the jungle beside Mt. Mayon]

The jungle is pretty dense with trees and capable of hiding a camp of a full division. Although the jungle is dense and a good place to hide, there are farmers who live near by and its possible they would enter the forest to cut some trees down. Near by already the two gulfs, Lagonoy and Albay.

The 150 men lead out of the portal by Tanya Degurechaff, upon seeing the dense jungle around the area she decides to make camp and wait for some tree clearing equipment. The Catsfernian Troops don't spot anyone but can hear what sounds like a small vehicle passing in the distance. It is decided that a troop patrol of the intimidate area is to take place once every hour. After two days when the forestry equipment has been obtained a loud rumble is heard in the distance vehicular in nature. Rifles are pointed in the direction of the noise and positions are held until visual contact can be made.
