Looks good, but I've got a couple questions about how/when it updates:
I got a notice that my "Deck Value" had changed after answering an issue, even though it would only change when something in the cards minigame actually changes. I assume it updates whenever deck value changes, like the ranking page here, and the change on the issue page is unintentional? Or maybe the change on the issue page is just a condensed version of all the changes to your deck that have happened since the last issue was answered...

This isn't on the drop down on the 'the world' page as an option you can use to sort nations and region by, yet. Not sure if it's an oversight or something you're working on implementing, but I figured I'd point it out.

Cheers for the badge, I really like it.

if i may make a request to also make a special badge for anyone who collects say 20 or more copies of their own nations card.

That favours nations whose cards have low rarity values, because there are likely to be more copies given out and lower prices charged for them...

I support this, if only it'll be amusing to have a census stat for the 'most vain nation.

Others have mentioned the flaws of this due to different card rarities, but it'll be moderated somewhat that a serious self collector will find the prices they need to pay get higher and higher as the market responds.

Legendaries prices are already collectable that this won't make it any harder or easier, while this is another avenue for other cards to achieve high market value.
