I’d like to add some relevant info that Gauth is the interpreting this as implying “mentally challenged,”. The phrase, while connoting a negative implication doesn’t really mean dumb just a general negative quality that is interpreted via context. For example if I were to say “it takes a special type of person to like Richard Spencer’s tweets” I’m implying the person is a racist not a simpleton. Considering the personal attacks that get waived off as non-actionable, the ruling here seems to be over interpreting a rather blasé comment.

Looking over this since Farn was a participant in the thread, I disagree with the ban handed out to Telconi. The comment is to mild to warrant action. Telconi's ban has been overturned.

Since Tars interceded without a warning for spamming moderation, I'm going to assume that's just a thing we can do now.

How is that trolling when literally nothing of the sort has been ruled actionable before this point? "Trump supporters are cultists/zombies/sheeple" has been a thing for months and I'm failing to see a rule being broken, ir's not advocating death nor is it trolling specific players. It just seems like pretty typical general snark, maybe even a smidge mild.
