Cabinet Decision Paper 2019/8 No. 2378, which stated that Four (4) units of New-build Fishery Protection Vessel will be named as follow;

    FV Gary Rodriguez
    FV Bennie Leonard
    FV Philip Bryant
    FV Kenneth Thompson

That name representation first four former Minister of Foods, Agricultural & Fisheries of Hundredstar.

I would like to Propose a design. We would invite a Hundredstar delegation to visit one our ships during one of their rutinary patrol missions.

We wish to offer for consideration the Storm Chaser Corvette. Our Primary Coastal Patrol, Piracy Suppression and Search and Rescue Corvette. It is a nimble and rugged craft manufactured using the latest composites and carbon fiber material giving it great durability, lightweight, and reduced radar Signature. It is optimized for Rough Seas operation featuring a completely watertight hull that can be completely immersed by heavy waves without leakage or damage. It is wel armed for dealing with pirates or other threats to commerce or fishery vessels, as well as for light combat duty.

It has both lethal and non lethal weapons for supporting boarding and inspection operations, as well as search and seizure duties. while normally equipped with a more potent system featuring short range surface to air missiles and a short range EMP device the export version. However it's radar directed remote operated 76mm autocannon and 40mm Bofors gun are sufficient to deal with low flying aircraft helicopters and drones.

It can be modified to fit your requested weapons and subsystems and is available in both Gas Turbine, and Multi Fuel marine diesel versions. A variant powered by a compact ceramic core nuclear reactor has been developed but has not been fielded except for three test vehicles. We are willing to manufacture this ariat as well delivering it minus the fuel rods due to limitations on exporting nuclear materials.

The Vessel is designed to operate with a 4 man Marine detachment or a 4 man search and rescue team. With an additional Four man Aircrew with pilot, copilot, and two rescue swimmer/Medics. Marine duties could easily be performed by trained crewmen allowing a reduction in crew if desired.

We believe this vessel is on par with any light combat or patrol corvette/Cutter on the market and will serve your nation well.
