Proluvia does not have a complete entry and thus, Nekoni as master is banned from competing in WV77.

Hi Nekoni,

As stated in the rules, the issue regarding Proluvia's incomplete entry results in a one-contest ban. This ban applies to the user behind the nation, not the nation itself, and therefore results in the one-contest ban for Nekoni as well as Proluvia.

If you have any further questions on the issue, please don't hesitate to send a TG/DM to the Committee and we can clear up any misconceptions on the ruling.

Whenabouts did we change that? Because it ain't the first time I did this (if I got the numbers right, technically I shouldn't have taken part in the one I actually won!)

This has always been the way the rule was supposed to be applied. Otherwise if you were banned you could just make a new puppet and enter it into the following edition which defeats the purpose of the ban. If it hasn’t been applied properly in the past then ask those committee members why it wasn’t so.

If anything this means I have actual time to plan stuff for 78. I did say in the DC that I was gonna take a sabbatical at some point to try to write actual music myself (like I've been saying here for the last 6 sodding years!) and at least now I have the time to do it, so, silver lining and that.

The edition you won (WV70), the edition before you sent both Nekoni and Proluvia. Nekoni had an entry and Proluvia didn't. This meant you were banned from sending a puppet entry but could still participate via your main.

This is now my longest run without a top 10. And being beaten by my joke puppet was just mega yikes, especially since that was one of the best stagings I've ever done.

But then again, I'm not surprised any more.

Britonisea - Yep, thank you for the tenth place - wasn't really sure where I'd end up but I'm happy it was in the top ten keeping Britonisea's placements in the top ten. The interesting thing is that the last time Britonisea was out of the top ten was WV53 (11th) with the edition afterwards being a 10th and since then the nation hasn't placed outside. ICly, expect "Worst Result in 22 Editions" in the papers haha

Estogium - And for the first time in 15 editions, I am sure that Estogium are happy that they placed on top of their neighbours. Most amount of points since their 3rd place.

First of all, HUGE thank you to everyone who voted! I'm truly grateful to have won and to have seen that the amount of time I dedicate to writing the RP and lyrics for my entry pay off, so I am very thankful to have received every single vote. Commemorations to Kishrael Ertzei Kishim who had a quality entry himself, and would've loved to see it at the top spot. Also congrats to the top 5, who were very well-deserved of their placing! Thank you to Achaea who did a great job as host - being host to Worldvision isn't easy but this was a super enjoyable contest and thanm you for making it such.

Thank you all so much for the third place, and a huge congrats to Kish and Polk above me, they had wonderful entries. While of course I had hoped to win, receiving third is a rarity for me and I do greatly appreciate the vast improvement over the recent editions in terms of my results.
Condolences to Mister X and North Arenia, they didn't deserve to be so low. And of course, thank you to Ach for a wild hosting!
