Most of the greed in America is from the poor. Not the rich.

I legitimately have no idea how to respond to this. There's no way anyone can seriously say that with a straight face.

This was back when they weren't just a party of racists. I'd never consider voting for them now.

Compared to the mainstream right, school's tone on diversity is pretty positive. On the other hand, compared to the mainstream left, school's tone on cannabis use is pretty negative.

Of course, if anyone disagrees all that strongly with what school is teaching kids, they can feel free to actually show up for the next school board election.

America is a federal republic and the political culture is broadly varying across communities and states. I’ve lived in multiple states, some liberal, some conservative, and completely and totally unsurprisingly, schools in the liberal states were liberal and the conservative states were conservative. In neither situation was the bias bad enough that it ever impeded on the quality of education, though.

It's pretty much the same here in the UK as well.

The people who say we need more minorities and women in government seem to forget that oppression and oligarchy aren't limited to white men. Case in point is Latin america, especially my homeland where until a few months ago you had a governor whose cronies stole disaster relief resources and joked about poor people dying in the aftermath of a storm.

My school had some similar issues, with abstinence only education creating the blue waffle epidemic. I would rather have captain trips be a thing than let blue waffle continue to exist and spread. Thank you UCS board of education. In your attempt to please the devout Catholics and Muslims and Eastern Orthodox in our area, you have condemned the children to the worst diseases known to man.
