✩ What Is The Red Fleet? ✩
The Red Fleet is one of the pre-eminent members of Antifa—an alliance of Anti-Fascist regions, especially those with leftist politics. As a member of Antifa, The Red Fleet does not fit neatly into the general categories of "raider" or "defender" as used by the wider Gameplay population. We straddle the border between the two: we raid Fascist regions, and we defend Leftists and any region that finds itself threatened by our enemies.

In addition to our collaboration with Antifa, we also operate against militant anti-communist and militant capitalist regions with our Leftist brothers-in-arms.

✩ What Has The Red Fleet Done? ✩
The Red Fleet has engaged in countless operations since its inception. Notably, The Red Fleet has:

• Worked to put NAZI EUROPE out of commission—Antifa soldiers made up 1/3 of the endorsements in the final stage of this raid, with The Red Fleet bringing the most among Antifa contributors;
• Destroyed The Greater German Reich, formerly the most notorious Nazi region on NationStates; and
• Has taken an interregional leadership role by aiding Antifa and the Coalition Against the Ideology of Nazism in their respective destruction of the decade-old Nazi regions The URAP and The NSIA, which included the first public use of the TRF toolkit.

✩ Why Should I Join The Red Fleet? How? ✩
You should join The Red Fleet if you are looking for a side of NationStates Gameplay that is not fulfilled by the traditional Raider/Defender organizations. If you are a principled anti-fascist or leftist who wants a meaningful (well, as meaningful as anything can be on a point-and-click browser game) way to be a part of the struggle against fascism and to engage in class warfare through NationStates. If you are attracted to Gameplay for these reasons, but have no idea how to get involved—The Red Fleet has training available to get you up to speed quickly.

The Red Fleet Sailor's Guide to Military Gameplay is freely available to all Sailors—a sample is publicly available from our Library.

How can you join? Register on our offsite forum and post a Rate Application. If it is approved, you will automatically be added to the Fleet's ranks and will have access to our Discord server.

Changes to the Admiralty Board Announced

After years of service, comrade Caelapes has made the decision to step down from his position on the Admiralty Board. Having reorganized the Fleet in 2014, and having served as Fleet Admiral ever since, Caelapes' valuable contributions, dedication, and spirit of solidarity will be missed.

As such, the Admiralty Board has approved the following promotions:

Courelli, current Admiral of the Huey P. Newton Squadron of the Fleet, is promoted to Fleet Admiral.

Sierra Lyricalia, current Lieutenant in the Huey P. Newton Squadron, is promoted to Admiral of the Huey P. Newton Squadron.

Congratulations to all of these comrades for their service to The Red Fleet and the cause of anti-fascist action on NationStates, and to Caelapes especially for a well-deserved shore leave.

As NS Summer continues, the Admiralty Board salutes the Sailors and Marines of The Red Fleet for their ongoing service. The Fleet has had an eventful ~eight months since our last communiqué. Red Fleet forces secured a number of leftist regions from invaders, including The Red Guards, Soviet Union, and (alongside allied forces from The Communist Bloc) Communists Paradise. Our Sailors participated in every Antifa-led operation during this time (see non-exhaustive target list below), jumping alongside allied forces into many different regions which now live free of fascist and Nazi regimes.

Target regions secured by Antifa:
Northern Redlands
Atron Internum
AUGUSTO PINOCHET
The United Nations of 9pol
Teutonic League
CTFU
The New Old Socialist Party
League of the United Tribes of Dakia

Additionally, Fleet sailors refounded the leftist regions Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea 50s and New Leftist Union, and assisted in Antifa's refound snipe job of Teutonic Empire, an operation resulting in much salt among NS's fascists.

Perhaps most amusingly, Red Fleet sailors conducted tag raids on longtime opponents Libertatem and the jump point of The Iron Confederacy, Cuerpo Confederado, when their founders briefly CTE'd. It's worth noting the latter region was hit yet again recently by forces from the New Pacific Order - the chronic, hilarious lack of security no doubt being the primary cause of TIC's decision to switch jump points.

Going forward, expect to see The Red Fleet continuing to run operations against fascist regions, bourgeois opponents, and in support of leftist groups of all stripes. While Caelapes will be dearly missed by all Sailors and indeed across NationStates, The Red Fleet is poised to steam on stronger than ever, with new recruits already making their presence felt in all theaters of combat.
