This means that all Cosnicu, once of age, are given a PIG and immidiately registered to vote, notified about all government changes, suggested budgets, granted UBI, and managenemt of wealth. It also allows everyone who is old enough to work to apply for liscensings which can vary from drivers liscences (cosnicu's driving tests and requirements are however draconian and used to ensure maximum safety when in foreign nations, which most of cosnicu's eighbors do use automobiles) to college degrees. It can also allow them to apply do additional studies, trades, or apply to jobs.
