Plot:
This roleplay deals with the integration of Panama to the ULSR. Historically, Panama has been a country that moved away from communism, even when the other Latin American countries were part of the ULSR, Panama had remained a strong economic and strategic ally of Northamerica since the 1980s. During the beginning of the ULSR, the relationship with Panama became dangerous and tense, both countries looked for ways to attack without using military force: the ULSR influenced the syndicalist of Panama to mobilize the workers and take factories, while Panama had imposed high tariffs on the ULSR so that the merchant ships could pass through the famous "Panama ´s Canal". When the decade of the 2000s arrived, the relations between the ULSR and Panama cooled to such an extent that Panama's economic sanctions were withdrawn and both countries began to trade. With the arrival of Peron to power, the political leaders of Panama are increasingly distanced from their American allies and the young president Peron, the exponent of the communist youth in Latin America, gains ground in Panama. Now, Panama is a small step away from becoming a communist country and member of the ULSR.
