What is your advice to keep state ownership away? I already got rid of private industry and I seek to abolish state economy in my nation, what do you suggest I look for in an issue?
Maximize government and black market. Not sure if you can get rid of private AND state ownership.

There is an issue to abolish your government but it will give you high crime. But the game only lets you have state ownership, private ownership government and black market
