Spelling Error: Capital Should be Capitol

Capital is working material for profit-seeking, capitols are where legislative activities take place.
This is the WA-delegate nation for the Tusdetan flight of nations. We're sci-fi themed and apply limited presumptions of what kind (or mix) of species is actually operating in each nation; we took our nation-lifting helicopters to the stars. Capital city, the area of a country, province, region, or state, regarded as enjoying primary status, usually but not always the seat of the government

The homophone capitol refers only to a building, usually one that houses the legislative branch of a government, and often one located in a capital city.

I don't quite get it, do you have a issue that you get a false spelling error? If it is, check if your spelling checker is either on or off, or add it to the dictionary

I don't really care. Capital and capitol both sound the same.

No, OP is right about capital (at least one sense of it; the more common sense refers to a capital city). Capitol is a mainly American word referring to the actual building of a legislature.
