Notes:

The directorate of Israel's military intelligence agency has a "tenth man" rule. In essence, this means that if an agreement is reached among 9 of the 10 members of the directorate, the 10th man must disagree on principal, and attempt to disprove the others to the best of his ability.

I have applications for South Korea, Taiwan and South Africa ready to go. But I need to know that someone has taken over the reigns as GM. No point in developing this further if this is a dead thread.
