(OOC: Could you explain what ‘REPEALED RES. EDIT’ means in your title? I haven’t seen those tags, at least not together, before.)
A representative democracy with a parliament of 535 seats

NS stats and policies are not canon, use the factbooks
Not in the WA despite coincidentally following nearly all resolutions
This is due to a problem with how the WA contradicts democracy
However we do have a WA mission and often participate in drafting

(OOC: Everyone feels a bit lost on their first entry into the General Assembly; it has one of the steepest learning curves out of all the forums. Welcome, by the way, to this most august subforum.

The reason I asked about your tag was because I wanted to check you had the original author’s permission before merely editing their work. If you do, continue, as this is a very good proposal especially for a first time. If you don’t have their permission, then I recommend either trying to obtain it or rewriting the proposal so it is entirely your own work.)

OOC: Write your own material from scratch. Note the arguments in the repeal, the debate thread for the original and the debate thread for the repeal. The original was repealed for good reason, it makes little sense to replace it with effectively the same problems.

There was the Pope and John F. Kennedy and Jack Charlton and the three of them were staring me in the face.
