We are very interested in this project and are willing to contribute 90% of the funds and 90% of manpower. Sinocon and Obayashi Group are experienced at building artificial islands so we would definitely hire them to do most of the work. Nippon Steel, Baosteel and other companies will provide materials. We think the elevator can be completed within 2-5 years. Preliminary work on building the island can begin within 2 days.
We are very concerned about the amount of ultranationalism in the world especially within East Asia. Some form of EKTM is radicalizing our aid workers in Africa and Pacific Islands. Joseon recently had a Nazi uprising which we helped them put down. We believe that without alleviation of global inequality there is no way to end racism. We are currently working closely with African, Latin American and Pacific Island countries on both economic development and monitoring of hatred.

Glad to hear that, but maybe don't do too much of it. The project is suppose to bolster global cooperation, and we don't want to leave too many nations out of the picture. Actually, it's more accurate to say we can't leave too many other nations out of this. Well, unless you want a bazillion more Joseon's on your hands. Maybe turn it down to around 70 to 80 percent. That's all we ask. If that's ok with you then the next step is to contact the other "prominent" nations of the world. Good luck when the time comes...
