It seems like an urbanised modern first world nation, i'd say that the people that live there are happy,
many places are painted with ink as they are popular locations for turf war competitions.

Dry and warm, possibly with little industry to speak of. They make up for it through stunning nature parks and precious wildlife preserves though.
