Normally, orders for new vehicles are completed and delivered within four to eight weeks. However, there will be situations were unexpected delays may happen. Don't worry, your local dealer will be providing the estimated delivery date.
Sidus provides each of our customers with a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty for all of our models, whichever comes first. If you happen to find any flaws or defects with your car, just call your local dealer and they'll send a certified mechanic to repair or replace the faulty parts. You can also avail of the Sidus Extended Warranty together with your new Sidus vehicle, or at any time within 30 days from receiving your vehicle.
Please note that our warranty doesn't cover regular maintenance or damage caused by accidents or the elements. You can find more information about what is and isn't covered in our official Warranty Policy online.

But before we can authorize your company to distribute our vehicles through your dealer network, I would like to answer the questions you have provided for us, as well as require clarification on your part regarding certain terms and conditions of the proposed licensing agreement.
In regards to the engine that the Auriga and Hercules use, both are equipped with the G635SM 3.5L V6 engine, which is part of the Gamma-series engine family. Gamma-series engine variants are also used in select trims of the Cygnus and Aquila.
The Corvus comes with options for the Rho-series i4 engine for petrol models, as well as the Nu-series i4 engine for diesel models. These engines are available in 1.6L and 2.0L displacements, as well as turbocharged variants, depending on the variant and trim selected.
We do have some reservations regarding your proposal to rebadge the Auriga and the Corvus as the Chrysler Viaje and the Fiat Linea Sabbia, respectively. I would like to inform you that such terms will depend on whether Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will be open to such an agreement. If you wish to resell our vehicles as that of FCA's, please forward to us the contact information to the relevant branch offices. Alternatively, you may contact our offices so that you may be granted the right to import our vehicles into South Africa.
