From Taytay to Kuching, the Sampornese Jamahiriya had reigned over Palawan, Sulu, Mindanao and Borneo for more than a hundred years free from foreign rule. Ever since the fall of the Sampornese Republik along with its leaders Nur Misuari and Biru bin Rajah, much of this land had become a Jamahiriya; a state of the masses.
For the Sampornese to hear that the Philippines had ceded Mindanao to Nur Misuari, such angered the Sampornese people. In response, IFVs drove from Kutawatu to Zamboanga, Nur Misuari's capital in Bangsamoro; to force him to sign an agreement recognizing the Sampornese Jamahiriya as the one and only Bangsamoro Republik, and that Kutawatu is its capital.
In response to the Philippine declaration of martial law, the Sampornese ask the Filipinos to abandon their embassy in Kutawatu until they are either overrun by more Moros or the NPA.
