Effect: The Book Industry use more time to check if their books meet the standards of @@FAITH@@ than to write them.
Choice 2: "Ahem, @@HE@@ is just saying nonsense." The Publisher, @@RANDOMNAME@@, starts. "We, Strongly Believes that the Right of Freedom of Expressions is What we Stand For!", and slams on the table. @@HE@@ continues,"As we have the rights and freedom to express what we can express through our books, We, implore you to give back our rights and prevent the @@FAITH@@ from interfering with us again!"

Choice 3: A sleepy official said," Why we are caring about these nonsense? We could, like bring all unpublished material for our Government to check if it's okay to be published. Never these arguments would happen again." He slumbers back to sleep again.
Effect: Publisher work hard, government forbids, their work forgotten.
