Hi,
I noticed that if a region name is too long, for all the column it's a part of on the left (with "world assembly", "the world", and others), it cause the entire clickable area to expand to the right.
In addition, the extended clicking area could overlap with others things, like checkbox in Telegrams.
Maybe it would be better if the region name could be (display-wise) restricted in size, maybe with a tooltip to always have an access to full name, so that it doesn't break things.
Ps: I don't know if something similar could be observed (on the forums) due to nation names, may be interesting to check.
