Prices are in the form of offerings of your / another nation's citizenry to the UEIA for the purposes of experimentation to advance our understanding of your species and civilization. Able-bodied Citizenry must be offered to use in a suitable pickup location, preferably bound to prevent escape. We cannot guarantee the return of citizens in all cases, but we will inform you if citizens will not be returned due to the nature of experiments. Citizens that are returned will be amnesticized of their experience.
Hyperadaptive Nanovirus (500 citizens per 500 gram sample): A nanological disease that adapts to its host for interspecies compatibilty. Capable of crossing biological basings (e.g can adapt from carbon-based organism to infect methane-based organism). Can immunize itself against cures and target specific races and species. Can target single individuals. Can be airborne, waterborne, and stationary on solid surface for indefinite period of time. Can dismantle itself to prevent detection and reverse-engineering.
Quarkium bomb (1,000 citizens per warhead): A 5 teraton bomb encased within a 500 centimeter sphere that responds to verbal orders and commands, able to comprehend sophisticated series of instructions.
Cognitohazardous image (200 citizens per image): An extremely sophisticated fractal image that causes the cognitive processes within any species of your choosing (identified during ordering) to fatally malfunction upon attempting to process it.
Cognitovirus (500,000 citizens, one instance necessary for all applications): An extremely adaptive transapient computer virus capable of custom-tailoring cognitohazards on the fly. Almost impossible to defend against or detect infection by all but the most robust and cleverly designed of modosophont computer systems. Can totally compromise a civilization's infostructure with lethal cognitohazards.
Metric bomb (100 billion citizens per bomb): An FTL-capable bomb measuring 3 inches across capable of releasing 30 Jupiter masses worth of energy. Causes a Planck grid vibration that converts all matter it comes into contact with into raw energy in the form of elementary particles. Can easily destroy even the largest stars in one go.
Nerve Agent Creation Algorithm (500,000 citizens, one instance necessary for all applications): A transapient algorithm that feeds on data relevant to a given species' physiology to create the most potent nerve agent possible, as well as designing the chemical processes needed for mass production of the nerve agent.
