We would first like to thank you, for the honor of considering our company to aid in such an important use. To answer your question about the luminosity of the Glow Goo. Our Glow Goo when charged fully, meaning left in light, is about as bright as a glow stick. A younger person could use it to read, but older people may have problems. The Light lasts for about 12 hours when fully charged. As for Caffeine, all our drinks come in a caffeine-free version, some naturally don't have caffeine, such as the Teas, or Achololic drinks. As for discounts, yes we have them, the bigger the order the bigger the discount. A custom order is a little extra, but completely doable.

We can meet an order of 90,000,000 bottles/year for the next ten years, although this will be expensive. 52,000,000 per year. We would like to build a few more factories in your great nation, this will allow us to create more for you, create jobs in your Nation, and finally, it will allow us to lower the cost to you (lowering the cost of transportation). We would need a tax break to allow us to easily establish about 10 factories. These factories would solely focus on this deal until it concludes. The tax break would not have to last for the duration of the deal, only a year would meet our needs.
