Dixeland is headed by the Grand Imperial Wizard and his Grand Council. It also states that it is the successor to the Confederacy and the United States. It's capital is Jackson. The state, with direct control by the Klan is less a Confederacy and a de-facto Empire.

The nation has 95 % muslims and the rest follow hinduism. Meanwhile south kerala was a hindu majority area. Although the arakkal kingdom has a muslim majority arabian influence on its culture and tradition is minimal, the nation is more similar to southern kerala in every way except religion. The nation has formidable navy as it has huge coastline. The king favours capatilism with a dash of socialism and welfare. The kingdom has very close relation with rest of india and especially southern kerala. The capital of the state is kozhikode. Recently king musthafa signed an agreement with india on free flow of people and goods between the nations
without any restrictions.Arakkal has a low tax rate of 5; compared to india which has a tax rate of 25 on corporations which resulted in major corporations setting up their headquarters and manufacturing facilities in the nation which resulted in major economoc boom for such a small country.The country also has proven oil resources of the coast of kozhikode and it is the worlds 3rd largest oil reserve found.... which is the main reason why nation has low tax rate.

I'm guessing you'd be accepted, but I'm not the authority on that. The problem is the map you see hasn't been updated since the 23 of April, and we quite literally just had Germany take its land back as an AI, I can probably ask to see what happens, but just a heads up, you may not be able to play as Germany...
